Felicity Villa is a unique project both in terms of the harmony found in its color palette and its distinctiveness – the absence of wood texture. For someone viewing the project, the absence of wood in the furniture is not immediately apparent. The star of the interior design has been successfully replaced by color!

Aesthetically, a luxurious, cheerful, and youthful project was born. A GLAM style reinvented by enhancing classic elements such as cornices, marble-style ceramic tiles, etc., which merge with Contemporary Minimalism present subtly yet decisively on the scene. These interventions can be seen in the ceilings designed specifically to embed LED strip rails, to create shadow-light slits, and to delineate the furniture pieces. The goal was to create a Universe, more than a dwelling, where the inhabitants could find their oasis of tranquility and peace. A place where receiving guests becomes a genuine joy, and going out for a cocktail in the city is the last option on the list.

Entering the home is achieved through a spacious area, appearing larger thanks to two semicircular mirrors placed in line and a hidden door that provides access to the office, defined by white marble-type hexagonal ceramic cladding. Rustique paint by Benjamin Moore complements these and offers a splash of color that invites further discovery.

A clear combination of two worlds: classic – modern, GLAM – MINIMALISM, opulent – functional. Right from the door that provides access to the bathroom, you are greeted by the JACKO Round freestanding washbasin, constructed from Carrara marble and oak wood. The wall specially built to separate the washbasin area from the toilet area is finished with grey microcement and “washed” by the LED strip embedded in the ceiling.

The living area welcomes with The Donald dining table made of India Green marble, grooved oak wood, and brass, paired with the Jacqueline sideboard in the same range of materials and the XL gold semicircular mirror. These elements are highlighted by the simplicity of the gray paint on the walls, but especially by the Heracleum light fixture by Moooi. A touch of simplicity and functionality that efficiently delineates the area.
